My appetite is out of control.
It’s barely 10:30 in the morning and I am starving.
I signed onto Seamless and felt the waves of temptation: burgers, wings, breakfast sandwiches, creamy soups and pastries. I resisted, and ordered a romaine lettuce salad with six toppings (Italian tuna, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, grilled asparagus, cucumber, red onion, scallions, alfalfa sprouts and balsamic vinegar dressing on the side) and a small cup of chicken chili.
It’s not perfect, but it’s a reasonable first step to gaining control and losing weight.
Update: Bread came with the soup. I ate it.
Total Calorie Count: 224 (chili) + 160 (bread) + 540 (salad) = 924 calories
